Why Jockey & Jill Exists
Jockey & Jill was created out of personal experience – and necessity. When I bought my first horse, I was over the moon… but quickly faced the reality of how expensive horse ownership really is. Between feed, livery, farrier visits, and vet bills, there just wasn’t anything left for new riding gear. I found myself living in the same worn-out leggings and my uncles old work fleece, frustrated that quality equestrian clothing felt like a luxury I couldn’t afford.
That’s when I realised, I wasn’t alone – there was a real gap in the market for affordable, well-made riding wear that didn’t compromise on performance or style. So, I decided to build it. Jockey & Jill was born to give everyday riders like me access to clothing that’s functional, flattering, and fun – without the premium price tag.
We’re here to support riders at every level – whether you’re mucking out, hacking out, or chasing big dreams. Because looking and feeling your best in the saddle shouldn’t be out of reach
